Order Placement Process

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided. If you encounter difficulties locating it in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder.

Dispatch Timing

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. During peak periods, please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.

Address Correction

If you notice any errors in the address you provided, please email us immediately with the subject line 'URGENT' so that we can rectify it before shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot offer compensation for packages that fail to deliver due to an insufficient address.

Order Tracking

Once your products are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take between 2 – 4 days to update, so we appreciate your patience.

Lost or Stolen Orders

[KnifeXpert] accepts no liability for lost or stolen items confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. We do not reimburse or replace orders reported lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the courier.
