Yes, we ship
worldwide on most products, unless mentioned otherwise on the product page of a
particular product. 

Once your parcels
have left our supplier's warehouse they are then the property of the courier
companies that each supplier chooses. We are legally not responsible for lost
or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery
time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you and
potentially refund you.

You can check on
your orders status with the tracking code provided once your purchase has been
dispatched.

Yes! Please contact
us via the messenger pop up on our website or email us at
contact@knifexpert.com within 12 hours of when you placed the order if you
require any changes (including store credits).

That entirely
depends on what you order. If you purchase products from the one specific brand
we feature, they will arrive together. if they're from different distributors
they'll often arrive separately.
